Earlier today, during Warner Bros.' massive Hall H panel at Comic-Con, the studio unveiled themovie trailerfor their highly-anticipatedWonder Womanadaptation, which hits theaters nationwide on August 14, 2025. Production recently wrapped on this superhero adventure, and we even got a new poster, courtesy of starGal Gadot, just before the Con. We have broken down this new trailer frame by frame with 70 photos that offer a closer look at Diana Prince, Steve Trevor and the rest of these characters.
TheComic-Con posterGal Gadotdebuted on social media earlier this week featured the new tagline “Power. Grace. Wisdom. Wonder.” This one-sheet also gives us a closer look at Diana Prince’s new costume, as she’s seen brandishing a powerful sword. While we got to seeWonder Womanbrandish this sword in the trailer, this footage also gave us our first look at this iconic character using one of her most beloved weapons, the Lasso of Truth.

Wonder Womanhits movie theaters around the world next summer whenGal Gadotreturns as the title character in the epic action adventure from directorPatty Jenkins. Production wrapped onWonder Womanback in May, with filming taking place all around the world. Patty Jenkins(Monster) directs from a script byGeoff JohnsandAllan Heinberg. Originally,Jason Fuchs, who is credited with writing bothIce Age: Continental DriftandPan, was thought to be the writer of the movie, but that looks to not be the case.Heinbergcame up with the initial story forWonder WomanwithBatman V Superman: Dawn of JusticedirectorZack Snyder, so it isn’t all that surprising he is being credited.Geoff Johnswas recently promoted to oversee the production of all DC Extended Universe movies at Warner Bros., so it also seems to make sense that he was heavily involved.
