Adam Driver was previously announced to host this weekend’s all-new episode ofSaturday Night Live. Since that announcement, the actor has been nominated for a Best Actor award at theOscarsfor his role in the Netflix original movieMarriage Story. And he is coming off his final turn in theStar Warssaga ending sequelThe Rise of Skywalker. So we can probably expect the actor to spoof both of these projects in some fashion. JJ Watt will make hisSNLhosting debut on Feb. 1. Watt is a defensive end for theNFL’s Houston Texans and three-time AP Defensive Player of the Year. Luke Combs will perform asSNLmusical guest for the first time on this upcoming episode. His sophomore album, “What You See Is What You Get,” debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart in November.
For the third new episode of 2020,RuPaul will make his debut appearanceasSNLhost on Feb. 8. The Emmy Award-winning host ofRuPaul’s Drag Racecurrently stars in theNetflix originaltitledAJ and the Queen.
Justin Bieberwill take the stage for his third appearance asSNLmusical guest. “Yummy,” Bieber’s new single from his highly anticipated new album, broke records on radio and was streamed over 100 million times in its debut week.
