While fans got their first taste of the newDC Comicsmovie universe with 2013’sMan of Steel, that world will get much bigger with the arrival ofBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, hitting theaters June 20, 2025. One of the several iconic characters from theDC ComicsisJesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor, whose company LexCorp has been put at the center of the movie’s viral marketing campaign. The new website LexCorp.io recently launched, and while there isn’t much on the site now, fans can enter their information to be notified of any updates. The website also includes the LexCorp mission statement, which you may check out below.

Earlier this month, during New York Comic Con,LexCorpprovided fans at the Javits Center free wi-fi, with the fictional company “announcing” Lex/OS, dubbed, “the world’s most private and secure operating system.” We also learned Luthorhimself recently, with a fictional profile from Fortune Magazine, where it was revealed that “Lex” took over the company in the year 2000, after his father, Lex Luthor Sr., passed away. Under Lex Jr.' leadership, LexCorp emerged as the second largest tech company in the world, just behind Wayne Enterprises.

Lex Luthor first appeared in theDC Comicsin April 1940, just two years afterSuperman’s first appearance in 1938. While the character is traditionally portrayed as bald, we saw Lex with a full head of hair in the secondBatman v Superman trailerthat debuted at Comic Con back in July. We know that Luthor will eventually go bald inBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, since the first official photo released in March showed the villain without any hair. While the actor wouldn’t comment about his bald look, he did discuss some of the research he did before shooting.
