Yesterday,Ryan Reynoldskicked off his “12 Days ofDeadpool” campaign with a newviral videoand poster. This will all lead up to the new trailer coming Christmas Day for this highly-anticipated superhero adventure, ahead of its release on February 12. Each day, a different website will debut a newDeadpooltreat, and today we have Christmas-themed photos fromPeople Magazine. As you could tell in yesterday’s video, The Merc With the Mouth definitely has the Christmas spirit, with the actor revealing his favorite part of the holiday season toPeople Magazine
“I’m just like everyone else at this time of year: I go to malls, find a crazy man screaming in a red costume, sit on his lap, and tell him to give me free stuff.”

The photos featureRyan Reynoldshimself, out of his iconic costume, sitting on a cardboard cutout version of his beloved character. As expected, things start out nice, but eventually get rather naughty. For those who don’t want to wait untilChristmas Dayfor a new glimpse atDeadpool, fans who see the IMAX 3D version ofStar Wars: The Force Awakensthis weekend will get a special 27-second sneak peek.
There will also be a red band trailer that will presumably debut online. It’s possible that the age-restricted video will debut sometime after the 12 Days ofDeadpoolcampaign wraps up, but it may also come online the same night as the green band trailer on Christmas Day. What we do know is there are still 10 more days left that will surely be chocked full ofDeadpooltreats for fans of all (or most) ages.
