This trailer reveals thatJerry Seinfeldwants to end his episode withLorne Michaelsin theSNLcreator’s bathroom, which is apparently where he keeps some of his Emmy Awards. Season 8 will be comprised of six episode starting on Thursday, June 15, debuting at 11:30 PM ET on Crackle. The show has already beenrenewedthrough Season 9 on Crackle, but it isn’t known exactly when thatnew seasonwill debut yet, or if Crackle plans on renewing the series for Season 10 and beyond.
Since its debut in July 2012,Comedians in Cars Getting Coffeehas delivered more than 40 million streams and garnered rave reviews. The show earnedJerry Seinfelda Primetime Emmy nomination in the Outstanding Special Class - Short-Format Nonfiction Programs category and two recent 2014 Webby Awards for Best Individual Performance (both the Webby and the People’s Voice Award). Additional accolades include a Bronze Telly Award in 2014 for Branded Content with Acura; a 2014 Webby Media and Entertainment Honoree and Branded Content Honoree for Interactive Advertising and Media; and a special Webby Award in 2013 for Outstanding Comedic Performance.
The show typically airs two six-episode seasons per year, with the first airing in the summer and the second debuting towards the end of the year.
