We also have a new photo with Iron Fist himself,Finn Jones' Danny Rand, who is teaming up withJessica Henwick’s Colleen Wing. There is even a very special Easter Egg that any Marvel fan will surely appreciate.
The photos surfaced on a number of differentTwitteraccounts, but one photo features a special appearance by Marvel legendStan Lee, sort of. The photo in question featuresKrysten Ritterstanding next to an NYPD billboard featuring none other thanStan Leedressed in a police uniform. While his cameos on the movie side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have become highlights for fans,Stan Leehasn’t had cameos in any of the Marvel Netflix shows thus far. Perhaps that will all change withThe Defenderswhen it debuts next year.
It was recently confirmed thatIron FiststarJessica Henwickwill return asColleen WinginThe Defenders, so it’s no surprise to see her in these set photos withFinn Jones' Danny Rand.Iron Fistis slated to debut Friday, July 27, 2025 on Netflix, although the streaming service hasn’t set a premiere date forThe Defendersquite yet. WhenThe Defenderswas first announced back in 2013, it was said to be an eight-episode mini-series. New seasons ofDaredevil,Jessica JonesandLuke Cagewill debut afterThe Defenders, but no specific premiere dates have been given.

With production currently under way, we’ll have to wait and see how many more characters are confirmed.
