The MCU is about to be turned upside down and put in a blender once again. On May 6th 2022,Doctor Strange 2: Multiverse of Madnesswill hit the theaters, and we will see who survives, who is introduced and the return of Wanda Maximoff aka The Scarlet Witch. The film has been the most talked about movie in the MCU since Spider-Man: No Wat Home. And, based of the trailer it looks like the world is about to get a lot bigger.Merchandise is always a nice way to find not only grab some collectibles but to find clues into what the movie might bring. The first Funko Pop collection for highly anticipatedDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnesshas been revealed. Shared by Marvel Studios on their social media channels, the 10 new figures represent some of the main characters from the upcoming film. With the release still a few months away, fans are only able to pre-order the items for the time being, with the official release planned for June.The release of the new merchandise has people talking and speculating. Fans are already discussing the different variants of Doctor Strange and their interesting outfits, along with the introduction of a new character named Sara. The first round ofDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnessfigures includes the 1,000th Marvel Funko. The Doctor Strange figure will be available in a limited interdimensional blue chase variant, whichMarvel.comis referring to as the “1 in 6 chase figure.” Fans can also get their hands on Supreme Strange and Defender Strange, and a Doctor Strange keychain will also be available. But wait there’s more, the next wave ofDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessFunko figures could feature more variants of multiple characters in the movie.

Sara Is a New Character Fans Have Not Yet Met
Most of these characters have already made an appearance in the movie’s trailers, but Sara is someone that we haven’t met yet. Her figure is seen wearing an outfit similar to the ones worn by the students of the mystic arts, but she has never appeared in the MCU prior to this. The figure’s reveal has left fans wondering who Sara is, and whether she is Sara Wolfe or Sara Krowler from Marvel Comics. Knowing Marvel, we are most likely going to have to wait until the movie debuts on the big screen.
In the meantime, fans have begun to dissect the possibilities that this character is not who she appears to be or could be. Remember we have one of Marvel’s deadliest villains waiting in the wings with Kang the Conquer. Is this possible that “Sara” is connected to Kang? Or a variant of the ancient villain? For now, the mystery character will just have to be part of our Funko Pop collection until May 6th when we see just how mad the multiverse really is.
