As with manyDC Comicsadaptations before it, the upcomingSupergirlTV series has already confirmed a number of comic book characters, such as Hank Henshaw (David Harewood),Jimmy Olsen(Mehcad Brooks), Alura Zor-El (Laura Benanti) and many more.TV Linereports that CBS is currently seeking actresses to play Lucy Lane, the sister of Lois Lane who is also known as Superwoman. The network is seeking actreses in their mid-20s to early 30, with Lucy described as “brash, funny and beautiful as her sister Lois, yet strong, smart and successful in her own right.”

The show will followDC Comicslore, with Lucy being an ex-girlfriend of Jimmy Olsen’s.
