There is very little we know about the story at this time, but hopefully we’ll get concrete details once production gets under way. Aside from the returning characters, we don’t know what new roles are being sought by the production, including who the new villain may be. One thing is for sure, though, ifTaika Waititiis confirmed in the days and weeks that follow, the project is certainly on the right track.

Shark, and he also directed episodes ofFlight of the Conchordslater that year, as well as the hit UK showThe Inbetweeners. He also directed Boy and this year’s indie comedy hitWhat We Do in the Shadows, which he also starred in alongsideJemaine Clement.Taika Waititialso wrote the script for Disney’s upcomingMoana, which hits theaters next November.
