Netflix’s Hit Action Franchise Dominates the Streaming Chart Following Sequel’s Release
Netflix’s eagerly anticipated action sequel has pushed one of its biggest franchises back into the streaming chart.
Set during the Iraq War, the film follows a squad of Navy SEALs attempting to complete a surveillance mission. But when their location is discovered, they’re descended upon by a violent wave of insurgents. The official synopsis reads:

“Warfare embeds audiences with a platoon of American Navy SEALs on a surveillance mission gone wrong in insurgent territory. A visceral, boots-on-the-ground story of modern warfare and brotherhood, told like never before: in real time and based on the memory of the people who lived it.”
What Viewers Are Saying About ‘Warfare’
Audiences were asimpressed with Garland and Mendoza’sWarfareas critics were. The film boasts an equally strong 93% audience rating, and the recent reactions from the film’s time on Prime Video explain why users are so obsessed withWarfare. “Brutal depiction of war. Unnerving and very intense. Not a lot of replay value, but definitely worth watching,” wrote Jey D. Dylan M held similar praise, writing:
“This film was something to really bring you into the situation. The audio brought it to life. The gunshots and explosions felt so real. The visuals and the movement of the soldiers felt as if you were in the situation as well.”
