As shooting continues in the U.K. onStar Wars: Episode VIII, it remains to be seen if the production will have any surprises up its sleeve forStar WarsDay (May the 4th) tomorrow. To get ready for the big day,Daisy Ridleyhas sent out a new video greeting, along with BB-8 and a few alien friends, to wish fans around the world a very happyStar Wars Day, and to thank everyone for donating to the newStar Wars: Force For Change campaign. Tomorrow marks the last day fans can donate to the Force For Change charitable initiative, where you can win an amazing grand prize.
After raising a whopping $10 million thus far, including a campaign for last year’sStar Wars: The Force Awakens, a newForce For Changewas launched last month. Every donation will help four select charities, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF in support of UNICEF Kid Power, American Red Cross, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Make-A-Wish. Every donor will be eligible for a chance to win a trip to Ireland and visit Skellig Michael, the iconic location of Rey’s fateful meeting with Luke Skywalker inStar Wars: The Force Awakens.

Over the course of the four-week period, which culminates at 11:59pm (PST) on May 4th, fans will be able to donate throughCrowdRise.com/ForceForChangeto these four charities and have their donations matched dollar for dollar up to $1,000,000. Fans also got a chance to win special prizes each week. During the first week, the first 20 fans to raise or donate at least $500 won a Blu-ray ofStar Wars: The Force Awakenssigned by the cast. Other weekly prizes included aStar Warsprize pack including aBB-8powered by Sphero, signed byJ.J. AbramsandKathleen Kennedyand a tour of Lucasfilm in San Francisco, with a screening of anyStar Warsmovie of their choice.
Star Wars: Episode VIIIcontinues the storylines introduced inStar Wars: The Force Awakens, with returning cast members such asMark Hamill,Carrie Fisher,Adam Driver,Daisy Ridley,John Boyega,Oscar Isaac,Lupita Nyong’o,Domhnall Gleeson,Anthony Daniels,Gwendoline Christie, andAndy Serkis.
