FX has renewed its acclaimed mockumentary seriesWhat We Do in the Shadowsfor the fifth and sixth seasons. The news comes just days after the network announced the season 4 premiere date. FX’sWhat We Do in the Shadowsis based on the 2014 film of the same name, directed by Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi. However, the series is not a reboot and takes place in the same universe, albeit on a different continent.

This season, the vampires return to Staten Island to find their mansion on the verge of total structural collapse — and with no money to repair it.
